Teni-Ola Ogunjobi, Ph.D. is originally from Nigeria and Atlanta, Georgia U.S.A. She is a communications, culture, and conflict resolution scholar-practitioner with expertise in nonprofit development, social impact, intercultural engagement, and community-centered program strategy. She serves as the Development Director for CMG Global Foundation, where she leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, partnership development, and institutional grant initiatives supporting CMG’s global health and community impact programs. Teni-Ola supports initiatives focused on healthcare access, global medical partnerships, community health outreach, and sustainable development efforts in the U.S. and internationally.
Teni-Ola received a PhD in International Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University, a MA in Intercultural Relations from University of the Pacific, and a BA in Journalism from Howard University. Her work focuses on strengthening underserved communities through resource development, sustainable social impact, culturally responsive programming, strategic partnerships, health equity initiatives, and international collaboration across Africa and the African Diaspora. She has worked extensively in nonprofit leadership, intercultural education, stakeholder engagement, and community advocacy, with a particular passion for advancing opportunities for vulnerable and marginalized populations.
